Fire protection is not a line added after the installation is finished. The water tank, pump, duct crossings and escape route are resolved at the same time as the mechanical layout. ASROYAL Mekanik İnşaat Taahhüt A.Ş. handles this work inside the HVAC and mechanical scope.
Suppression shares the building with the water side
A fire suppression line is kept separate from domestic water. Tank volume, the pump room and zones are placed while the floor plan is still open. A late route collides with HVAC ducts in the riser and makes both maintenance and response harder.
Escape routes and smoke
Smoke can close an escape route before the fire does. Stair pressurization is calculated so the protected stair stays clear of smoke even while a door is open. Enclosed car-park ventilation carries daily exhaust and, separately, smoke extract. The two duties are not left to the same duct by chance.
The boiler room is its own subject
In a heat center, the flue is not mixed with other roof outlets. Steel chimneys are selected for diameter, height and material to suit the boiler. The fire zone, chimney shaft and fresh-air opening are not stacked in the same section. For project coordination, reach us through the contact page.
